Urmur MLA’s brother appointed as overseas congress president

Urmur MLA Sangat Singh Gilzian’s younger brother Mohinder Singh Gilzian has been appointed as interim president of Indian National Overseas Congress, USA after Juned Qazi resigned from the post. Qazi had made controversial comments on Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s whereabouts in America.

Urmur MLA Sangat Singh Gilzian’s younger brother Mohinder Singh Gilzian has been appointed as interim president of Indian National Overseas Congress, USA after Juned Qazi resigned from the post. Qazi had made controversial comments on Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s whereabouts in America.

Mohinder Singh had migrated to the US about three decades ago. Prior to his migration, he was actively associated with the state Youth Congress.
