Zydus Family Trust buys ₹200 crore luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli

The Zydus Family Trust, associated with Zydus Lifesciences Limited (formerly Cadila Healthcare Limited), a leading Indian pharmaceutical company, has purchased a ₹200 crore luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli, according to property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
The 17,384-sq ft apartment is located on the 61st floor of Oberoi Three Sixty West, a luxury project by Mumbai-based real estate firm Oberoi Realty. Documents show that the apartment has been sold for around ₹1.15 lakh per sq ft.
According to the documents, the apartment was purchased with a stamp duty of ₹7.04 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
The apartment was bought along with eight car parking spaces, and the transaction for the apartment was registered on March 27, 2025.

The apartment has been purchased in the name of the Zydus Family Trust, which lists Pankaj Patel, Priti Patel, and Sharvil Patel as the buyers, according to the documents. The Zydus Family Trust is affiliated with Zydus Wellness and is held by the Patel family.
An email query has been sent to Oberoi Realty. Zydus Family Trust could not be reached for comment. The story will be updated if a response is received.

In November 2024, Jagdish Master's wife, Urjita Jagdish Master, bought a luxury apartment for ₹105 crore in the same building on the 59th floor.
In December 2024, Indiana Group, a diversified group focused on structural steel fabrication, also made another deal. The group bought a property in Mumbai's Worli area's Oberoi 360 West project for ₹76 crore, documents accessed by Zapkey.com showed.
