Irudhi Suttru actor Ritika Singh’s next with Kaaka Muttai helmer
Ritika Singh has signed her second film and it’s going to be with Kaaka Muttai director Manikandan. She will be paired opposite Vijay Sethupathi.
Actor Ritika Singh wowed all with her flawless performance in R Madhavan’s boxing drama Irudhi Suttru. Now, the actor had bagged the lead role in Tamil director Manikandan new film Aaandavan Kattalai. He tasted success with his brilliant Kaaka Muttai last year.
“Ritika has been paired with Vijay Sethupathi in the film, which is slated to go on the floors next month. When director Manikandan saw Irudhi Suttru, he was stunned by her performance and in a span of the next few days, he brought her on board,” said a source from the film’s unit.

Tipped to be an entertainer with a twist, Aaandavan Kattalai will be produced by GN Anbu Chezhiyan of Gopuram Films.

“It will be something very quirky and away from regular cinema. Unlike Kaaka Muttai, it will deal with a lighter subject with a good scope for humour. But it won’t be a full-length comedy,” said Manikandan had earlier.
The rest of the cast for the film is yet to be finalised.
