NEW DELHI: Before the press conference at the Ferozeshah Kotla ground, the Delhi and District Cricket Association took the initiative and arranged for fumigation in and around the venue for the warm-up game between New Zealand and Mumbai starting on Friday. Authorities have declared an outbreak after several deaths due to dengue and chikungunya in the Capital. With the Kiwi side here since Monday, DDCA wanted to ensure the players were safe. But the fumigation left Kiwi batsman Ross Taylor struggling to breathe, and it forced his presser to be postponed by 10 minutes.
