FIFA says bin Hammam, the suspended Asian Football Confederation president, and Caribbean Football Union employees Debbie Minguell and Jason Sylvester have been sent copies of a report by a team of FIFA investigators and have been invited to respond before their hearings on July 22.

The ethics panel will begin its deliberations the next day, FIFA says.

The three are accused of involvement in a plot to bribe Caribbean football officials ahead of bin Hammam's election challenge to FIFA President Sepp Blatter.

Allegations against FIFA vice president Jack Warner were dropped when he resigned from football.
