During the five-day event, competition will be held in senior, junior and sub-junior categories. It will also offer total prize money of R 5 lakh. Apart from Sharath and Soumyadeep, top ranked woman paddler Poulomi Ghatak will also miss the tournament. All three are playing in Korea. The tournament, apart from cash award, also carries ranking points.
