Another Indian, Karan Rastogi got a wild card in the ATP Challenger Tour tournament which returns to Singapore after a decade.
In the first round, Devvarman will take on Thai wild card, Peerakiat Siriluethaiwattana, while Rastogi will face Aussie Brydan Klein, ranked 214.
