Clijsters advances at a canter
Kim Clijsters eased into the third round of the French Open on Wednesday with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Slovakia's Ludmila Cervanova.
Belgian 14th seed Kim Clijsters eased into the third round of the French Open on Wednesday with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Slovakia's Ludmila Cervanova.

Clijsters, twice a runner-up here, showed no signs of the right knee injury which had put her in doubt for the tournament.
With her knee strapped she had no problems overcoming her 96th-ranked opponent in 56 minutes.
"Today I definitely didn't feel like I was playing my best tennis but I was doing enough to get through quite comfortably," said Clijsters.
"So far everything feels good. I'm still wearing the tape around my knee just to protect myself, but I didn't really get tested yet.
"It's a little frustrating because I was playing really well in Indian Wells and Miami. Now I have to battle through just to get the matches and get the rhythm again," added Clijsters, who won both US tournaments after returning for a career-threating wrist injury which sidelined her for most of 2004.
She had been hitting top form when she badly twisted her right knee in Berlin and was a doubt for Roland Garros, where she was runner-up in 2001 and 2003.
Clijsters next meets Slovak 20th seed Daniela Hantuchova.
