Noida seeks help in demolishing Supertech twin towers

On September 2, the Supreme Court ordered the demolition within three months, and told the builder to pay for it. It also directed the Noida authority to supervise the demolition in a manner that it did not affect the buildings located nearby, even as it recommended CBRI assist the agency.

The victim Sunil Agarwal, a resident of Dadri, ran a restaurant, Zam Zam, at Mitra Enclave in Greater Noida.

Their father Dinesh Solanki (40) suffered serious burn injuries while mother Mamta Solanki (38) and four-year-old brother Shivay suffered minor burns. The injured were admitted to a private hospital in Noida where their condition is stable.

Residents can use the Covid-19 control centre's helpline number, 18004192211, for conveying this information, Additional Chief Medical Officer Bharat Bhushan said.
