The person recording the video was in on the secret that her son will be surprising this woman on her special day. As the video progresses, the viewers get to see that the son comes in from a distance, holding a gift in his hand that he proceeds to give to his mom from behind her.
A few moments after the person recording the video asks the son if he brought a gift, the mother instantly ends up answering that she got a tennis racket. As a gesture of thanks, she goes in for a hug with the person who has gifted her something. But she gets extremely surprised and taken aback when she discovers that this is, in fact, her own son.
