Bigg Boss 9is hurtling towards its finals and fans have already chosen their favourites. Kishwar Merchant, one of the strongest contestants on the show, is seen as straight forward and focussed by her fans while her detractors accuse her of being self-centered and too carefree. Her mother Rizwana Merchant now has a message for her haters: It is all the doing of the show makers who are trying to show Kishwar in a negative light.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, she said, “They are portraying Kishwarin a negative light. They are filtering all the negative moments for the episodes. She is asked to do a task and they just show her attitude towards the rival team in the task. She’s told to torture people as part of the task and people just see that her behaviour with others is bad.”
As per a new task ‘Rewind, forward, pause and play’, relatives and friends of the contestants will visit the house. Kishwar’s mom will visit her daughter as part of the task.
Further talking about her daughter, Rizwan said, “Kishwar is the only person who is her real self from day one. Prince changed sides and got carried away. But Kishwar understands that it is only game and refrains from forming opinions based on what is being shown on TV. People have joined her group, left her group, and come back but she has stayed the leader from day one.”
Reacting to allegations that Kishwar bosses around and dictates how Prince and Suyyash should behave, Rizwana insisted Kishwar is not bossy at all and added, “The guys want to follow Kishwar, she does not force anyone. Suyyash is not being himself. He is very strong, independent and does not get manipulated at all. He’s not the kind who will let anybody dominate him.” Bigg Boss 9 host Salman Khan, too, recently voiced similar opinion about Suyyash and Prince being Kishwar’s minions.
Talking about the epic Kishwar-Mandana rivalry, Rizwana again blamed the show producers and said, “There is no competition as such. According to the strategy of the show, Mandana is supposed to be positive and Kishwar is supposed to be negative. So they are always pitted against each other and they end up arguing. They are rivals on the show. Mandana likes to do things only for herself. For example, if she doesn’t like someone, she won’t cook for that person but Kishwar doesn’t think like that at all.”
When asked if she planned to give any tips to Kishwar on her visit to the Bigg Boss house, she said advice won’t help as situations keep changing everyday in the house. “However, I want her to realise this is just a game. There are tasks where she can get hurt and she gets carried away. She is very stubborn and that is why I will tell her that she needs to think twice before getting into the tasks,” she added.
Kishwar’s mom clearly hates her co-contestant Prince: “I guess Prince is totally unpredictable. He’s an okay guy but emerges as a very weak character. Wo task ke time pe kuch bhi karega and I understand he has to play his game. But he turns out to be weak character when he starts plotting against Kishwar, and that too, with Rishabh! Prince ne Kishwar ko behen bhi banaya, national TV pe ye bhi bol diya ki behen bana ke galti kar diya...Because of all this fickleness, he comes out as a weak character,” she added.
