Rukhsar, who was last seen in Bhaskar Bharti on Sony was recently offered the role of a doctor in the forensic department in the CID team on the show CID on Sony.

If buzz is to be believed, Rukhsar, who was last seen in Bhaskar Bharti on Sony and is remembered as Amitabh Bachchan’s older daughter-in-law in Sarkar, was recently offered the role of a doctor in the forensic department in the CID team on the show CID on Sony.

The producers were planning to expand the team, a landmark show for 12 years now. Rukhsar was the first choice for the part, but things didn’t work out between the producers and her and she didn’t take up the role. So, two new candidates have been roped in — Manini Misra and Jasveer Kaur. But wonder why two instead of one?
