Film actor and politician Gul Panag welcomed her son into the world six months ago and kept it all a a secret from the world. In a recent interview, Gul revealed she wanted to keep her son away from social media and enjoy her first steps into motherhood privately.

However, we have finally found a beautiful family picture of Gul, her husband Rishi and their newborn son Nihal. Several Bollywood fanpages are sharing the picture on social media and fawning over the cuteness of their little baby. Check it out:

In the picture, Gul and Rishi are seen in their pilot uniforms (Rishi is a professional pilot and Gul is also a certified pilot), holding their baby in their arms. Nihal has an adorable smile on his face and his parents look really proud of him.

Gul revealed to Mumbai Mirror in an interview that she gave birth to son Nihal six month ago “Rishi and I have always valued our privacy. Becoming parents is a special experience and we decided that we’d like to go through it without the distraction of public attention,” Gul said. She added that only her friends and family knew about the baby.

I will share daily updates of my exercise and food on my stories and Twitter. I will be sharing updates of the two volunteers who are joining me on this as well.

Gul says her son was born prematurely and her cousin has been a big help in taking care of him. For the women looking to embrace motherhood in their 30s, she said they should only welcome a baby in their lives when they are ready for it and not when society wants them to.

Gul has worked in movies such as Nagesh Kukunoor’s Dor and Hello. She was the Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Chandigarh in the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections.
