Is Game of Thrones shooting different endings to avoid leaks? Nikolaj Coster-Waldau explains
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister on Game of Thrones says he doesn’t think it is feasible to shoot multiple endings just to avoid leaks.tv Updated: Oct 01, 2017 12:30 IST
Actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays the role of Jaime Lannister on Game of Thrones, does not believe the finale of the show will have multiple endings to avoid spoilers.
Game of Thrones is the most pirated show in history but Coster-Waldau believes it is a little too expensive to shoot multiple endings just to confuse hackers.
“Do you think that’s true? It seems really stupid to me. I mean if it’s true I don’t believe it, but I don’t know, maybe.
“I mean, I haven’t read the script, so unless they will show several endings that could be a twist, they’re not going to waste that money. They know how expensive it is to shoot. You’re not going to waste USD 100,000 a day to shoot something you’re not going to use. It’s not going to happen,” he told Marie Claire when asked about the rumour.
