It is time I finally had a boyfriend: Lauren Gottileb

Being away from family, the actor and Jhalak Reloaded judge feels that companionship would help her cope better.

Lauren Gottileb may be busy with her ongoing dance reality show Jhalak Reloaded as well as her Punjabi film, but she says that she would not mind dating someone.

The 27-year-old, who is from Scottsdale, Arizona, says that she misses her family and it would be nice to share her days with someone. “My family is far away. I feel that it would be nice to get a boyfriend now. Maybe I’ll meet someone very soon,” laughs the actor.

Meanwhile, language and a new work environment were major issues for the actor when she entered the ­industry, however, she never let this get to her.

“Everyone has challenges in life. I don’t like to dwell on them for too long. I have always tried to look at the positive side of a problem. When I came here, everything was new — the language, the way people used to work, people’s names, but I looked at this as a chance to learn so much,” she says.

Lauren, who is currently seen judging a dance reality show, says that she is happy with the way her career is shaping up. “People think that I am new at this, that is not true. I have been a part of reality shows since ten years now. Of course, I have a big responsibility towards these contestants,” she says.
