Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Will Aalisha Panwar replace Hina Khan as Komolika?
After reports of Hina Khan’s exit from Kasautii Zindagii Kay, actor Aalisha Panwar is being considered as her replacement.
The rumours of Hina Khan quitting the Kasautii Zindagii Kay reboot have now been confirmed by the actor herself. And if new reports are to be believed, Ishq Mein Marjawan actor Aalisha Panwar might soon be the new Komolika.
Hina had earlier told Bombay Times, “I will be back on the show whenever I am required. In the earlier season too, the track would change and Komolika would take a break and come back. As of now, I won’t be seen post March.” Hina is reportedly quitting the show to work on her Bollywood debut. She was a runner-up on Bigg Boss 11 and had also made a brief appearance in Bigg Boss 12 as a guest.
However, the makers may replace her with a new face instead of making changes in the show’s script. Several reports claim that they are in talks with Aalisha to replace Hina in the show.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay went on the air in September and Hina’s character was introduced a month later in a big way. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, the show stars Erica Fernandez as Prerna and Parth Samthaan as Anurag.
Just like Hina, Aalisha also has a huge fan following on social media and keeps her fans updated with stunning pictures on Instagram. The actor has earlier worked in the TV show Jamai Raja and was seen portraying a grey character in her current show, Ishq Mein Marjawan.
