Kavita Kaushik content with her boyfriend, doesn’t believe in marriage

Actor Kavita Kaushik says she would rather seek balance than marriage, for she is content with her boyfriend, actor Nawab Shah, at the moment.

With a huge fan following and a loving boyfriend by her side, actor Kavita Kaushik is content with her life. And while everyone wants to know if she has plans of getting married anytime soon, she says there are no such plans, and that we should propagate happiness, and not marriage.

“The institution of marriage is not working today, so maybe we should not propagate it anymore. If there is something I want people to live by, it is balance. In today’s day and age, I think it is very important to have complete balance in life. My agenda is not marriage, it is balance. Right now, I am very happy with my professional and personal life,” says Kaushik, who is dating actor Nawab Shah and is best known for her role as Chandramukhi Chautala in the TV show FIR.

Actor Nawab Shah has known Kavita Kaushik for a long time. However, they got into a relationship a couple of months back.

Kaushik says it’s important for her to have everything in her life in right proportions. “I need balance in my life because sometimes even small things bother me a lot. For example, if my mother gets allergic to something, I get really worked up, or if I am unable to deliver a good scene, I get really tensed,” says the actor, who will soon be seen as an army doctor in her next television show.

Kaushik has been dating Shah from the beginning of this year, and the two often turn to each other for guidance when it comes to work. “Both of us are professionals in our fields, and Nawab is determined to deliver his best . We have our respective projects, but somehow, our approach to picking up roles and work is similar. If we get stuck at any point during our scripts, we are each other’s one-stop point. We discuss, agree or disagree, but we are there for each other,” she says.
