Asit Modi, the producer of her TV show, confirms the news, saying, “Yes, it’s true that she is getting married in Mumbai. She wants a simple wedding, and is only inviting her immediate family members. But she will continue to work as passionately as ever for our show. In fact, she shot for a major chunk before taking leave for the wedding.”

While Disha has extended an invitation to the cast of her show, many are surprised by her attempt to keep the news a secret. A source from the show says, “She has never admitted to it, so we are not sure about what is happening. It’s her personal life, and she has the right to tell who she wants. Though we are all very professional on the sets and interact during the scenes, we hardly talk otherwise. She is very guarded, and we respect that.”

Disha had earlier told HT Café that “every girl wants to get married”, and that she is “no different”. Talking about what she prefers between a love or an arranged marriage, Disha had said, “It is difficult to say. With my busy schedule, it looks like it will be an arranged marriage.
