Vikas’ character has negative shades in the show as he will try to create a rift in the relationship of newly married couple Gauri and Rudra. After taking a long break from television and being out of the spotlight, Vikas is excited about his return. He says, “Usually there is always the ‘other’ woman who becomes the third wheel in a relationship. But in this show, I will be playing the part of the ‘other’ man in Gauri’s life.

It should make for an interesting role especially when I get to be the troublemaker!”
