Vikram Chandra on relief package for migrant workers and farmers

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced the second tranche of economic package for migrant workers, street vendors and farmers. Significant among these announcements was the decision to provide food grains to migrants workers for 2 months and a pan India ration card.
