Gianluigi Buffon urges fans to get behind Italy ahead of Sweden clash

Italy will have to overturn a 1-0 deficit against Sweden if they're to qualify the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia. There will be enormous pressure on the Azzurri as they look to avoid missing out on a first World Cup since 1958, and Italy captain Gianluigi Buffon is urging fans at the San Siro to forget club loyalties for one night and get behind the Italian national football team.
