Urvashi Kanoi whips up a ragi loaf

During the lockdown, chef Urvashi Kanoi experimented with one of her favourite ingredients – millets. “Our country has such incredible produce,” she says. Ragi, or nachni, is an indigenous grain that's earthy, tasty and nourishing. Kanoi hit upon this easy-to-make bread recipe that is delicious and healthy.
