Indian Air Force (IAF) observed its 88th foundation day on October 8. The Air Force Day celebrations were held at Hindon airbase in UP's Ghaziabad. While addressing the gathering at the occasion, IAF chief RKS Bhadauria said that the force stands ever ready to protect the nation's sovereignty and interests. He also commended the air warriors for their 'prompt response' in the recent standoff on the northern frontiers.
