Bareilly Mayor Umesh Gautam booked for manhandling Health officer

Bareilly Mayor Umesh Gautam was on Tuesday accused of manhandling a Health officer over alleged corruption. Gautam was also accused of threatening and yelling at the officers inside the municipal office. A case has been filed against 50 people including the Mayor.
