Watch: BJP response to Congress’ ‘scam’ charge over electoral bond scheme

Union minister Piyush Goyal hit out at Congress, responding to criticism of electoral bond scheme. Goyal claimed that baseless allegations were being leveled. The minister invoked the Coalgate, telecom and Bofors cases. The issue was raised by Congress in Parliament earlier in the day.
