Congress leaders react to PM Modi’s ‘raincoat’ remark

Reacting to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Raincoat' remark on former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Thursday said PM Modi's remark and allegations are against the norms of the house and for over 15 years, he has never heard any Prime Minister speaking in the manner PM Modi did.
