Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed the people of the national capital as well as neighbouring states over the rising pollution in the region. He identified stubble burning by farmers in states like Punjab and Haryana as the main cause of pollution in the capital. He also sought help from governments of neighbouring states to combat air pollution. He listed his government's efforts to improve air quality in Delhi. Kejriwal also appealed to the people to adhere to the Odd-Even scheme which would be enforced from November 4 to 15, 2019.
