Watch: Lakes being cleaned in hyderabad after ganesh visarjan

Lakes in Hyderabad were being cleaned after immersion of Lord Ganesha idols. Four amphibious vehicles were deployed for the cleaning purpose. Around 100 vehicles will carry the waste from lake to the disposal facility. Nation bid farewell to Bappa as Ganesh Chaturthi concluded on September 12. Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated every year to mark the birth of Lord Ganesha. As per the Hindu calendar, the 10-day long festival takes place in the month of Bhadra. This year, Ganesh Chaturthi began on September 2.
