Panchayat member allegedly forces worker to enter manhole in Mysore

In a terrible incident, a worker was forced to enter into a clogged manhole in Mysore district of Karnataka. The video of which has gone viral. Reportedly, the worker was allegedly forced by the Gram Panchayat member to clear the blocked manhole.
