Congress leader Rahul Gandhi stole the show at an event in Chhattisgarh. Rahul inaugurated the National Tribal Dance Festival in Raipur. Donned in red cap, the Gandhi scion took part in a traditional tribal dance. Rahul was accompanied by other Congress leaders.
