Raman Singh confident of forming govt in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh expressed confidence on returning to his present position and forming government in Chhattisgarh for a 4th term. Counting commenced at 8 am today. Results for the 90-member assembly elections in Chhattisgarh will be announced today.
