‘Reasonably convinced of my persuasion powers’: Jaishankar on S-400 deal

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar spoke on the S-400 deal with Russia during an interaction at the Center for Strategic & International Studies think tank in Washington. He said that India has taken a decision and has discussed it with the US government. India went ahead with the deal even as US threatened sanctions under Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act. He said that he is reasonably convinced of his persuasion power.
