Watch: Second phase of voting in Jharkhand underway, counting on December 23

People queue up to cast votes as the second phase of polling is underway in Jharkhand. The polling is being conducted at 20 constituencies. Over 48 lakh voters are expected to exercise their democratic right. Assembly elections in Jharkhand are being held in five phases. Elections will take place between November 30 and December 20. The counting of votes will take place on December 23.
