Dressed as Lord Shiva, RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav offered prayer at a temple in Patna, Bihar. The RJD leader is the elder son of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav. The month of 'Sawan' is dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva. Devotees also observe fast on every Monday of the 'Sawan' month.
