Watch: Goa Dy CM angrily knocks phone out of officer’s hand, later apologises

Goa's Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sardesai was caught on camera slapping an officer's phone out of his hand. Sardesai was visiting a waste management facility when the incident happened. The deputy CM was speaking when an officer's phone started ringing. An irritated Sardesai slapped at the officer's hand and the phone fell. He later apologised for losing his cool.
