WATCH: Karnataka Congress member threatens policeman on duty, abuses power

In a gross instance of hooliganism and misuse of power, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) member PN Krishanmurthy was caught on tape abusing a traffic cop in Bengaluru. He went against the ethics and was seen flashing his party's card in arrogance to shut the cop.
