Watch: Locals rescue people stuck inside shop due to overflowing nullah 

Locals in Karsog area of Himachal Pradesh rescued some people who were stuck in an underground shop as the area was flooded due to an overflowing nullah. People had to break open the shutters of the shop to rescue those stranded.  Some parts of Himachal Pradesh have witnessed heavy rainfall in the past 48 hours.
