Bangladesh optimistic about the outcome of war crimes trial

Leading Bangladeshi academician Shafiqul Islam has said that he is optimistic about the outcome of the ongoing war crimes trial in Bangaladesh. While speaking to a reporter in Dhaka, Islam stated that though the trial commenced very late, he was confident that the perpetrators would be brought to justice.
