Bijnor DM's bizarre diktat: Girls should not wear black

In a recent bizarre diktat, women students in Bijnor have been barred from wearing black clothing and jeans at a function to be presided by chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, not by some religious body, but by the district magistrate. Oddly enough, district magistrate Sarika Mohan is a woman herself.
