Congress confident of forming government in Gujarat and HP

Consequent to the election commission declaring the dates of polling to the legislatures in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari, on a note of confidence, expressed hopes of earning popular mandate in the polls.
