Delhi gangrape: DCP refuses to be decisive about SDM conduct

After the attempt of sub divisional magistrate Usha Chaturvedi to blame the Delhi police for “interfering” while statement was being taken from the gang-rape victim, the Delhi chief commissioner says that they can't take any decision on the conduct of SDM.
