India is willing to discuss all issues with Pakistan: Krishna

India is willing to discuss all outstanding issues with Pakistan, said India's Foreign Minister SM Krishna, on Wednesday, prior to the likely meeting of foreign secretary of both the countries in Bhutan during SAARC standing committee meeting.
