India prepared to tackle possible terror threats: Tharoor

Consequent to specific information gathered by the intelligence agencies about terrorists striking at certain places, Shashi Tharoor, India's junior Foreign Minister in New Delhi on Wednesday said that the central government is fully prepared to counter such threats.
