Manipur: 155 cadres of 4 militant outfits surrender

Four militant outfits in Manipur have joined the peace process by entering into a Suspension of Operation agreement with the government. A total of 155 cadres surrendered before chief minister O Ibobi Singh, along with their arms in Imphal.
