Maoist guerrilla arrested in Delhi

A 27-year-old suspected Maoist rebel, who police said was involved in a May 2011 ambush in which 11 security personnel were killed, has been arrested in the Capital. The rebel, Shiv Kumar, is a guerrilla and trained in the use of sophisticated weapons, the police claimed.
