Monsoon Session commences, PM prepared for any discussion

Even as the Monsoon Session of the Parliament started today, Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, said that his government was ready to face any discussion in accordance with rules and procedures, after drawing flak from opposition over various issues. Singh also requested for the smooth functioning of the Parliament.
