On 65th I-Day, Omar calls for dialogue on Kashmir issue

On the occasion of the 65th Independence Day, Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah urged the separatist leaders to participate actively in dialogue with the central government so that peace and stability can be established in the restive region.
