Pak behind rumours leading to exodus of NE people: RK Singh

Union home secretary, RK Singh has disclosed that Pakistan was the origin of the bulk of SMS and MMS transmissions that prompted exodus of thousands of people hailing from the northeastern states, to flee from across the country and create of psyche of fear among them.
