Parliament rocked by Walmart lobbying disclosure

There seems to be no end in sight for the ruckus over FDI in multi-brand retail. Just when the Congress-led UPA Government took a sigh of relief after winning popular vote in the Parliament on FDI, a lobbying disclosure report filed by Walmart that revealed it had spent a massive USD 25 million lobbying to get entrance into India has caught the Government unexpected.
