Sonia dedicates women's bill passage to women of India

Congress President Sonia Gandhi congratulated women across India and the parties who supported passing of the Women's Reservation Bill in Rajya Sabha at New Delhi on Tuesday. She attributed the success of this Bill to the women across India. After unprecedented disruptions, and unruly behaviour by some of the lawmakers, the Rajya Sabha finally passed the historic bill.
